No more than six people may stay in the condo overnight.
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and be onsite during the rental period.
This is a non-smoking unit!!
We use a professional cleaning service to clean after all guests, so you don't have to do a thing.
No pets, motorcycles,campers, RV's or trailers are allowed on the property per association rules.
11% for the state and county lodging taxes are collected on each rental.
A booking fee of $35 is collected on each rental.
A deposit of the greater of $200 or 10% of the rental will be collected and then returned after the rental is over.
All costs are quoted in U.S. dollars and must be paid in U.S. dollars.
Final payment is due prior to the beginning of the rental period.
All payments are non refundable.
How renting from us works
Call or e-mail us to determine the rate for your desired stay.
Let us know that you have decided that you want to make a reservation.
We will inform our rental company that you are renting from us and the terms we've agreed on.
The rental company will confirm your reservation, send you a confirmation letter, and request the deposit.
You will need to sign one copy of the confirmation letter, and mail it back to the rental company with the deposit for your reservation.
If you would like travel insurance, our rental management company offers it at a cost of 7% of your rental, and you can buy it wehn you book.
You will send the rental company a check for the balance before arriving on Sanibel.
When you arrive on Sanibel you will go to the rental company's office to pick up the keys anytime after 3pm. Their office is on the island, close to the causeway, on your way to White Sands. They have a lockbox for key pick ups after 4pm on Saturday, but you have to call ahead to arrange the late pick up.
